ACHIEVING $2 BILLION IN EXPORTS

'2020 was really tough due to the pandemic. We, as industrialists, were certainly affected by this process, but the knowledge and experience we have gained and the proper work we have done in the past have somewhat eased this process for us. As DESMÜD, we aimed to close 2020 with an export of 2.8 billion dollars and to provide dollar input to our country and to create added value, but this was not possible under pandemic conditions. Nevertheless, we continued to produce with all our might and to create employment. Although we did not receive the full return for our efforts over the past year, as the mill machinery sector, we managed to achieve exports exceeding 2 billion dollars in 2020.'"
