Founder
Bastak Teknoloji Sistemleri A.Ş. was founded in 1999 by Zeki DEMİRTAŞOĞLU and started manufacturing flour additives and quality control devices. Founder Zeki Demirtaşoğlu was born in 1971 in Şabanözü, Çankırı. In 1989, he graduated from Ankara Chemistry Technical High School as a Chemistry Technician and in 2003, he graduated from Ankara University Food Engineering Department and completed his Master's Degree in Microbiology at Ankara University Institute of Science and Technology.
He is a Chemist, Food Engineer and Biotechnologist. He is the President of DESMUD, which operates in the field of milling machinery exports, where Turkey is the world leader with an annual export figure of 3.4 billion dollars, the President of the World Defense and Global Risks Association, the President of İvedik OSB Technology Industrial Site, a member of the board of directors of 2 different Businessmen and Industrialists Associations operating in Ankara, and a member of the ICC Technical Committee, which is the source of ISO, which provides analysis on food and cereals, headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
