Ankara University Food Engineering students will come together at our 5-Star R&D and Innovation hub on 05/03/2024! In this exciting event, they will explore the journey of wheat, which began at the historical heritage site of Göbeklitepe in Anatolia. The conference and technical tour program will provide students with a unique opportunity: to examine in detail how wheat, the cornerstone of agriculture, is cultivated, processed, and its role in the modern world.
