Bastak Workshop Technical Trip and Seminar

Bastak Academy, in collaboration with Hacettepe University, successfully concluded its comprehensive Workshop, Technical Trip, and Seminar on December 19, 2025. The event, held in Kahramankazan, Ankara, brought together professionals from across the grain, flour, feed, and food industries for a deep dive into modern quality control techniques.

Participants engaged in practical sessions and discussions focused on the critical analysis of key parameters like moisture, protein, and starch. A central highlight of the day was the hands-on exploration of NIR (Near-Infrared) analyzer technology, demonstrating its vital role in achieving rapid, accurate, and non-destructive quality assessment in production environments.

The seminar provided an excellent platform for sharing knowledge, addressing industry challenges, and showcasing how advanced analytical solutions can drive efficiency and ensure superior product quality.
