Technical Tour and Conference Held with Future Food Engineers at Bastak Academy

In collaboration with Bastak Instruments, Bastak Academy, Ankara University, and the Chamber of Food Engineers Ankara University Representation, a Technical Tour and Conference event was organized to bring together students and industry professionals.

Participants had the opportunity to explore Bastak’s R&D and production facilities, gaining firsthand insight into our devices' technical specifications, quality control processes, and laboratory infrastructure. Analytical procedures for grains, flour, and bakery products were demonstrated in practice.

During the conference segment, presentations were delivered on the importance of quality control in the food industry, current analysis techniques, and technological innovations. These sessions, combining academic perspectives and industry experience, were inspiring for students and young engineering candidates.
