Bastak Instruments Founder Zeki Demirtaşoğlu Speaks at IAOM MEA Regional Milling Forum in Rwanda
Zeki Demirtaşoğlu, the founder of Bastak Instruments, known for its innovative devices for food analysis and the milling industry, participated as a speaker at the IAOM MEA Regional Milling Forum held in Rwanda. Bringing together leading figures from the milling and flour industry, this IAOM MEA forum provided a platform for Demirtaşoğlu to share findings from his research on dough rheological properties with participants.
Demirtaşoğlu's presentation, titled "Investigation of the Effects of Different Enzyme Substances on Dough Rheological Properties, Effects of Sugar Beet Fiber & Guar Gum on Dough Rheological Properties", received great interest from experts and academics in the food industry at IAOM MEA in Rwanda.
