Mr. Zeki’s Presentation on Wheat Flour Rheology at IAOM MEA 2025

Bastak Instruments participated in IAOM MEA 2025 – 35th Annual Mideast & Africa Conference and Expo , held 01–04 December at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . On 04 December , Mr. Zeki delivered a presentation on “Rheology in Flours Milled from Various Wheat Samples Using Different Roller Gap Settings” , demonstrating the importance of precise grain quality control devices and flour quality control equipment in modern milling operations. Attendees explored feed quality testing instruments, grain moisture analyzers, portable grain analyzers, NIR grain analyzers, and damaged starch analyzers , along with protein and moisture testing for grains, flour laboratory equipment, grain sample processing equipment , and functional & rheological analysis equipment . Bastak also showcased food safety testing devices, allergen and mycotoxin testing kits, visual grain analysis systems , and tools for foreign material detection in grains , highlighting innovative solutions for ensuring superior grain, flour, and feed quality .
