A Day of Knowledge and Flavor with Bastak Academy and METU Collaboration!  We had an amazing day!

At Bastak Academy, we joined METU Food Engineering students and the IFT Student Chapter for a day filled with knowledge and fun. With a technical tour, seminar, and cookie competition, we shared industry insights and enjoyed some wonderful moments together.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Hami Alpas, Head of the METU Food Engineering Department, for his invaluable support. 

During the cookie competition, delicious cookies made with flour tested on Bastak Quality Control Devices showcased the perfect blend of science and creativity. We also explored the quality control values of the flour, continuing to learn while having fun. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making this day so special! 

This event provided young talents with a vision for the future of the industry, emphasizing the importance of food technologies and highlighting Bastak Instruments' contributions to the sector. Together, we continue to build a more informed and capable future!
