International Seminar "Prospects and Innovations in the Flour-Milling and Bakery Industry"

Not every important industry gathering happens on a trade show floor some of the best conversations happen in a room built specifically for people who live and breathe milling and baking.

Bastak Instruments was in Chișinău for this international seminar, organized by Moldova's National Association of the Baking and Milling Industry (ANIPM). Unlike a general food exhibition, this two-day seminar brought together a sharply focused audience: flour mills, grain processors, bakery manufacturers, milling technologists, laboratory and QC personnel, food technology academics, milling equipment suppliers, and industry associations from across the region.
