Mr. Zeki’nin IAOM MEA 2025’te Buğday Unu Reolojisi Sunumu

Bastak Instruments participated in IAOM MEA 2025 – the 35th Annual Middle East and Africa Conference and Exhibition , held at the Hilton Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from December 1-4 . On December 4th , Mr. Zeki delivered a presentation on “Rheology of Flours Milled from Different Wheat Samples with Different Roll Spacing Settings,” highlighting the importance of grain quality control devices and flour quality control equipment in modern milling operations . Attendees learned about feed quality testing devices, grain moisture analyzers, portable grain analyzers, NIR grain analyzers, and damaged starch analyzers , as well as protein and moisture tests in grains, flour laboratory equipment, grain sample processing equipment , and functional & rheological analysis equipment . Bastak also showcased food safety testing devices, allergen and mycotoxin test kits, visual grain analysis systems, and foreign matter detection tools in grains , offering innovative solutions for ensuring superior grain, flour, and feed quality.
