It performs all operations automatically after the samples are placed. At the end of 320 seconds of test time, the amount of wet gluten in two samples is determined. Thus, personnel costs are reduced. The device provides high precision and standardized results.

The device can also test whole (wholemeal) flours.

The device has "mix" lamps that light up during kneading and "washmeal" lamps that light up during washing. There are also "start/stop", "pause" and "meal" buttons.
