This is a laboratory-type double-passage roller mill. It is used to determine the quality of wheat to be used in flour production.

This device produces flour with the characteristics closest to those of the flour leaving the factory. It can be used for both tempered and untempered wheat milling. It is a blending mill that allows the milling of flour in advance to determine its characteristics and make necessary adjustments and corrections. The 4500 Model Roller Mill consists of two sections: Breaking and Liso. Wheat passing through the three-grooved roller mill in the breaking section is ground and divided into three sections: flour, coarse bran, and semolina. Two sieves, one 160 micron and one 800 micron, are used in this section to collect the flour and semolina in separate containers, while the bran is removed from the front of the unit.

The two main products obtained by grinding wheat grain are wheat flour and bran. Commercial milling performance can be determined by grinding wheat using laboratory research mills using experimental milling methods (AACC 1983, pp. 26-20, 26-21, 26-30). Working Principle;
