ROLLER MILL 4500S

It is a double passage air circulation laboratory type roller semolina mill. The device is an annealed wheat mill, but it can be used for both annealed and non-annealed wheat milling if desired. The device consists of two parts: crushing and grinding. By breaking the wheat passing through the rollers in the crushing area, crushing flour can be taken from the first of the collection containers located under the sieving area, coarse dirty semolina from the second, and clean coarse bran from the collection container located in the front of the device from separate areas.

-    In the grinding part, the coarse dirty semolina taken from the crushing part is converted into fine semolina with a ….micron sieve, and the fine bran called razmol is taken from the front of the unit.

Working Principle;
The wheat to be ground in the mill must first be sieved in the analysis sieve and purified from weed seeds and substances. Then, in order to easily separate the shell from the grain, it should be annealed by giving certain amounts of water and grinding process should be carried out.
