MUFFLE FURNACE

Bastak brand, 12000 model. It is used in flour mills to determine the amount of ash in flour and wheat samples. The device is used in high temperature incineration tests in sectors other than the flour sector. It has 3 dm3 usable internal volume. It takes up very little space in the laboratory. 15 samples can be analyzed at one time.

Maximum temperature is 1000 °C.  Usage temperature is 400-950 °C. It can work 100 hours indefinitely. Thermostat setting sensitivity is 1 degree. Internal dimensions of the device are 140x110x200 mm and external dimensions are 320x410x350 mm. Net weight is 20 kg. It works with 1500 W power. There is a 2-year warranty and 10-year spare parts supply warranty except for usage errors.
