They offer reliable operation without creating the risk of air bubbles. They guarantee precise and consistent results with their autoclavable body structure. The product consists of 6 models covering the volume range from 2.5 ml to 100 ml. They are calibrated in accordance with the ISO 8655 standard and are delivered with an individual calibration certificate. Since all parts in contact with the liquid are PTFE, FEP, PFA and borosilicate glass, they guarantee maximum chemical resistance. The spring-free PTFE valve manifold ensures absolutely leak-free operating conditions and excellent chemical resistance. The squeegee-like movement of the piston allows use with all liquids that are susceptible to crystallization. The unique interior design offers soft use that does not cause wrist pain even after long working hours. The polypropylene safety sheath that protects the glass dosing cylinder prevents the liquid inside the cylinder from splashing out in case of possible breakage. The volume scale printed on both sides of the body allows easy and accurate reading of the adjusted volume. The bottle adapter can rotate freely on the neck 360° and fixes the outlet tube in the desired position. Quick, easy and precise volume adjustment is made with the 180° movable volume control button. The cap at the end of the outlet pipe prevents drying by cutting off contact with air and stops unintentional dripping. They are delivered with 4 bottle adapters that fit all reservoir bottle necks with diameters of 28, 38, 40 & 45 mm. The telescopic mobile liquid suction tube can be adjusted to different bottle heights by simply extending it. A specially designed calibration adjustment set is supplied with each dispenser, providing quick and reliable calibration adjustment.
